Payment
You've got 3 options to make your payment in our webstore.
With creditcard
We accept payments made with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard. You can make your creditcard payment with Paypal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any creditcard without a paypal account. Once you have entered your details online through our secure server, your way of payment will be saved for future convienient payments in our webstore. Our articles are priced in Euros and will be converted to your local currency in the Paypal checkout screen. Unfortunately we are not able to convert currencies in our webshop and in other ways of payment.
Banktransaction
It is also possible to pay with a banktransaction. We will ship your order directly after the transaction is completed. Usualy this will take 2-5 days depending on the country from which the transaction is made.

Cash in our shop
Although we expect you're not residental near one of our shops in the Netherlands, we still want to point on this option. For al our weborders it is possible to pay with cash or maestro/PIN in our shops.
Shipping
Usualy we wil ship your order the same day if you order before 15:00 GMT +1:00. If later, we will ship your order the next workday. We ship our orders with DPD global parcel services. Delivery times and costs are depending on country and weight. We will ship your order if all articles are in stock. If you want some articles directly shipped, you can tell us in the comments field in the checkout proces. If you have questions about you're order shipment, please contact us.
Our customers have 14 days to return an product to our postadress in the Netherlands. The customer has the responsibility to pay the shipping costs and a good state of the product. We only accept returns when the packaging is unopened.
All return of goods need to acknowledged by us. You can contact us by phone of email. Please let us know your name, ordernumber and articles you want to return. For refunds we also need your bank account information like IBAN, BIC or SWIFT numbers. The bankaccount informatien needs to be the same as the one you ordered with. Refunds wil be made within 14 days after the return of your product.
